Workflow Process - your side
1. Register on our website - using my account on the top right hand corner of the site.
2. If you are a photographer/reseller - please put in your web address to verify, and to get reseller/photographer prices. Well change your profile on our side.
3. Decide on an album - its under the categories tab on the left hand side - albums are named alphabetical.
4. Ad to chart, and click on checkout if you are done. Put in delivery address, and Continue to delivery address.
5. Click next to Confirm order - please confirm all is in order.
6. Click Continue to finalize your order.
7. You will receive a mail which will confirm your order.
8. Post/courier your chosen images to us - (see layout and design tab.)
9. Your account will show "awaiting images"
Workflow Process - Creative Albums side for public
1. After receiving the images, we change your order on my account to "images received".
2. We send you an invoice, and change status to "awaiting payment".
Please use the ORDER NUMDER, when paying invoice.
3. If we have to design your book, well start with the design. Once done it is mailed to you.
You can make adjustments.
4. Once you approve the design by mail, the status is changed to "design approved - making album".
5.When the status reached "design approved - making album", your handmade album/s will be made and finalised within
two weeks time.
6. Once the album/s are done, we change status to "send/ready for collection",
a notification email will be sent.
7. The order will be delivered by our courier company to your door in two days if you have chosen the option earlier.
Workflow Process - Creative Albums side for resellers/photographers
1. After receiving the images, we change your order on my account to "images received".
2. If we have to design your book, well start with the design. Once done it is mailed to you.
You can make adjustments.
3. Once you approve the design by mail, we send you a invoice, and change the status to "awaiting payment".
4. Please use the ORDER NUMBER when paying invoice. Once payment is confirmed, the status is changed to
"processing order".
5.When the status reached "processing order", your handmade album/s will be made and finalised within
two weeks time.
6. Once the album/s are done, we change status to "send/ready for collection",
a notification email will be sent.
7. The order will be delivered by our courier company to your door in two days if you have chosen the option earlier.
